TRADING AND INVESTOR SERVICES

We wish to clarify that as a result of the transition of service providers there will be no change in the dealing timelines associated with the Fund. SS&C will be responsible for the calculation of the Fund’s NAVs from the 4th November 2016 and trading instructions should be sent to SS&C for processing from 3rd November 2016 for daily funds and from 27th October 2016 in relation to the EI Sturdza Strategic European Smaller Companies Fund.

New client account numbers will be issued as a result of the transition. SS&C will be reaching out to all registered shareholders shortly in order to advise of their new account details, as well as to provide access details for “Go Book”, their online investor portal, from which investors will be able to obtain monthly holding statements.

Further as a result of this process, it will be necessary to use alternative bank account details for the payment of subscription monies. These are detailed below.

SS&C have undertaken a review of existing documentation and will be reaching out to a number of counterparties to request updated documentation where required.
